The location is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and easy access to nearby German and Austrian attractions. The wellness area, particularly the saunas, provided a nice escape after a day on the slopes. However, the overall experience was marred by inefficient staff who struggled to provide helpful information, a crowded pool filled with children, and the unclear separation of facilities that made navigation frustrating. Communication issues also arose regarding the availability of amenities like dressing gowns in rooms, and the quality of the infrastructure left much to be desired.

Great location near skiing, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and unreliable.

missingWrote a review on 28 Febfantastic locationcozy atmospherecharming wooden stylecold pooladditional charges
The location was fantastic, very close to the ski lift, making it easy to hit the slopes quickly. The pool and sauna facilities were nice, but the pool was a bit colder than expected. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room, which had a charming wooden style, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. However, the hotel could improve by offering complimentary slippers and bathrobes for guests who want to use the spa facilities.

Room had a flat-screen TV and Nespresso machine. A balcony with views of the stunning Tirol mountains. Wellness facilities included an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by snow, and a sauna that was super relaxing. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola, and a supermarket nearby made things easy for us.
